Pieces are handmade in small batches as you order and crafted by us with love,
making each outcome unique and beautiful in its own way. ♡ 
Good things take time. 
We are currently not accepting rush orders. Please reconsider our timeline if it doesn’t meet your schedule. ♡ 
We require at least 15 business days or earlier before we hand over your package to the courier.
No weekends, no holidays.

Some orders placed from December 6 onwards might be shipped out by 2022 unless items are onhand. Kindly confirm with us first if you need it earlier than our timeline.

Shipping resumes: Jan. 3, 2022

Placing an Order:

We promote slow and responsible shopping, while we provide you a comprehensive browsing experience. ♡ Please take time to breathe and read our guides and product descriptions especially the materials used, to make sure you are correctly adding your preferred variations to your cart.

We recommend settling the balance within 5 days upon placing an order to avoid cancellation.

We aim for less waste as soon as your package reaches you. ♡

  • All jewelry orders come in a reusable faux leather textured black box (with no paper fillers!) as seen on recent social media posts.
  • Black paper bag is also included on select orders.

    Standard Delivery:

    Standard shipping fee nationwide is ₱165. We offer free shipping with a minimum purchase amount.

    Estimated (can be earlier, can be delayed) delivery time after ship-out to Cavite, NCR, and Metro Manila is 1-2 business days, and to provincial areas is 3-7 business days. We are not liable for any delays once the item has been taken by the courier.

    The team will send the DPX tracking number through your active email address as soon as the item has been dispatched from the pickup point. If we used GogoXpress courier, you will be notified via SMS as well.

    Lalamove (Metro Manila):

    Once the order is ready for dispatch within our usual lead time, we will book the order via third party couriers Lalamove. You will be notified via SMS as soon as the item has been dispatched from the pickup point.

    • We do not ship out the same day you placed an order. Please review our lead time stated above. 
    • For office hours delivery, please note in special instructions but no guaranteed fixed delivery time. 
    • Parcel-return to sender is not allowed. Kindly ensure someone is available to receive your package upon delivery.

    This service is available to Metro Manila and Cavite address only.

    We are maintaining the highest standards of hygiene when we prepare your orders.
    In the same way our partner couriers are monitoring the health of their drivers closely;
    vehicles are disinfected daily and drivers are washing their hands and sanitizing regularly.

    Order Tracking:

    Tracking of own parcel is highly recommended to prevent delivery issues (example: not being aware of package arrival).

    Jewelry Information​

    All our pieces are shower-safe, tarnish-resistant, water-resistant and hypoallergenic. Enough product information is provided per item for your reference.
