Customer Service Support and Content Specialist At-Home (Part-Time)

Objective:

Provide prompt service and friendly communication to customers in order to convert inquiries into sales, while keeping a sophisticated manner, so as to reflect the brand's image of quality and professionalism.

Location:

Remote, work from home.

Job Summary:

  • Flexible schedule totaling to 4 hrs per day, Tuesdays off

  • Use of Shopify for order status checking only

Daily Tasks:

  • 0 unread comments and messages per each clock-out.
  • Use of Meta Business Suite as a main communication channel to answer inquiries.
  • Use of Shopify to check order status inquiries.
  • Answer to customer questions related to website use, placing orders for customer as requested, availability, programs, promotions, returns, shipping policies and processes as well as general and routine information regarding orders, product etc.
  • Highly productive, working efficiently and effectively to ensure that total customer service is delivered per thread.
  • Identify customer needs and assist in a friendly and comprehensive way.
  • Identify negative energy and assist in a positive way.
  • Communicate any order changes/order requests/order concerns to Store Manager.
  • Communicate stock requests/replenishments to Store Manager.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Fluent in English and Tagalog
    • Tech-savvy and media-savvy in Instagram Jewelry/Fashion brands
    • Related customer email/chat support experience is a plus.
    • High School Graduate/Currently in College/College Graduate (preferably in 20s-30s) to be able to connect to our target audience
    • Effective written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Friendly, courteous, patient, and service-oriented.
    • Results-oriented, organized, and calm and confident under pressure.
    • Ability to use effective questioning techniques to get to the root cause and resolve issues as quickly as possible with minimal supervision.
