Refund policy

Our goal is for each of our lovely customers to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Exchange due to wrong size is not allowed. You may find our ring sizer and/or how-to-guides on our website.

As for chain lengths for bracelets/anklets/necklaces, we recommended to measure first at home before placing an order.

Replacement for wrong item (with video proof while opening the parcel) is eligible on non-pawnable pieces within 7 days after order receipt. 

NOTE: Any emailed concerns regarding a successfully delivered parcel after our 7 day policy, is no longer our responsibility.

Exchanges due to the following reasons shall be automatically declined:

  1. Engraved/personalized items
  2. Change of mind
  3. Items were purchased on sale
  4. Items were not originally purchased from our official website
  5. Items have been altered, worn, or used (natural wear and tear of band, setting, color; stone/pearl/enamel loss)
  6. Items were improperly handled by the customer (item loss; disregard of the parcel upon delivery; damage from being hit or knocked; neglect of the jewelry care guide)
  7. Concerns regarding the unique form of jewelry being a handmade piece

Online Credit Voucher

We now process refunds via Online Credit Voucher. Once processed, you will receive an email notification with your OCV Code.

Please note that:

  1. Online Credit Vouchers may only be redeemed online via fleckedwithgold.com using the email address of your stated order.
  2. Online Credit Vouchers may be used in conjunction with other promo vouchers, depending on the brand promo mechanics.
  3. Online Credit Vouchers are valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issuance.
  4. Online Credit Vouchers are valid for one-time use. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
