Our team will send the tracking number through your active email address as soon as the item has been dispatched from the pickup point. For GogoXpress shipments, you will be notified via SMS as well.
Once the order is ready for dispatch within our usual lead time (not the day you placed an order), we will book the order via third party courier. Shipping fee will be fully shouldered by the receiver. You will be notified via SMS as soon as the item has been dispatched from the pickup point.

Parcel-return to sender is not allowed. Kindly ensure someone is available to receive your package upon delivery.

We are maintaining the highest standards of hygiene when we prepare your orders.
In the same way our partner couriers are monitoring the health of their drivers closely;
vehicles are disinfected daily and drivers are washing their hands and sanitizing regularly.
Tracking of own parcel is highly recommended to prevent delivery issues (example: not being aware of package arrival).
In some cases, (upon approval) we allow chain repairs or item replacements in select semi-fine (non-pawnable) pieces within 7-days of parcel receipt, given that the issues are not listed on our Return and Refund policy.
If you are unhappy with your item within this time period, feel free to message us here so we can immediately make solutions remotely or help you out by setting up a pickup if needed. We will be the one to book pickups door-to-door so you can sit back and relax. Our riders will provide a pouch and waybill sticker upon item pickup.
