We process orders in small batches to reduce gold and resource waste, and lessen our carbon footprint. All our pieces are 95% sustainably sourced, maximizing every gram of metal worked on and turning them into jewelry you'll really cherish. Ample gold content is also ensured, guaranteeing our gold fill and gold vermeil jewelries contain 3.5x more gold than standard market plating.
"Forever with me" is the latest service we offer in line with our sustainability and gold-recyclability goals.
Our repurposing service is currently on a trial period and we would love to accommodate your requests!
You may message us the detailed photos of your old real gold jewelries along with a few reference of what you want it to be transformed into. Along with our in-house goldsmiths, we will be happy to help transform your visions into reality.

We are currently not accepting rush orders. Please reconsider our timeline if it doesn’t meet your schedule. As we make orders in small batches to stay aligned with our sustainability mission, we require at least 3-15 business days before we hand over your package to the courier, excluding weekends and holidays.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Estimated (can be earlier, can be delayed) delivery time after ship-out can be seen on couriers' respective websites.
Our team will send the tracking number through your active email address as soon as the item has been dispatched from the pickup point. For GogoXpress shipments, you will be notified via SMS as well.
same day Delivery
Available to Greater Metro Manila.
Once the order is ready for dispatch within our usual lead time (may or may not be the day you placed an order), we will book the order via third party courier. Shipping fee will be fully shouldered by the receiver. You will be notified via SMS as soon as the item has been dispatched from the pickup point.
- We may or may not ship out the same day you placed an order. Please review our lead time stated above.Â
- For office hours delivery, please note in special instructions but no guaranteed fixed delivery time.Â
- Parcel-return to sender is not allowed. Kindly ensure someone is available to receive your package upon delivery.
We are maintaining the highest standards of hygiene when we prepare your orders. In the same way our partner couriers are monitoring the health of their drivers closely; vehicles are disinfected daily and drivers are washing their hands and sanitizing regularly.
Hassle-free Returns
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
In some cases, (upon approval) we allow chain repairs or item replacements in select demi-fine (non-pawnable) pieces within 7-days of parcel receipt, given that the issues are not listed on our Return & Refund Policies.
If you are unhappy with your item within this time period, feel free to contact us so we can immediately make solutions remotely or help you out by setting up logistics. For your convenience, we will be the one to book all pickups and door-to-door deliveries. Our riders will provide a pouch and waybill sticker upon item pickup.
