Shipping policy

Standard Delivery

FWG is shipping from Cavite, Philippines.

Our partner couriers are GogoXpress and Flash Express.

Estimated (can be earlier, can be delayed) delivery time after ship-out:

• Cavite, NCR, and Metro Manila is 1-3 business days
• Provincial areas is 3-7 business days

We will no longer be liable for any delays once the item has been taken by the courier.

The team will send the tracking number through your active email address or via SMS as soon as the item has been dispatched from the pickup point.

Tracking of own parcel is highly recommended to prevent delivery issues (example: not being aware of the package arrival).

Express Shipping (Metro Manila and Nearby)

Our express shipping partner couriers are Lalamove and Grab (from ₱65 to ₱300+).
