Hello, I sent several email messages (last Dec 28, Dec 29, Jan 7) that were not addressed. Do you mind checking (even spam mail)? That was even before I asked my friend to message you through Instagram because I don't know anymore how to reach you. I just wanted to clarify if I needed to change my shipping address because I will be moving to the province. The only reply that I got once through email last December 21 was that I didn't need to change shipping address because it will be delivered by the end of the year. And yet it was not delivered by 2022. I messaged a new shipping address or possible refund instead, but still no reply.
I was very patient waited until Jan 11 because I went back to Manila for a wedding, until that time it still wasn't delivered. I understood that it was the holidays and yet despite everything that was written on your FAQ page (The order was placed before Dec 10, up to 15 business days) the order was already getting delayed. And I was getting worried, especially since there was no reply from your team. That's why I tried Facebook and through instagram as well. It's just not understandable why a customer needs to be blocked if you considered issues resolved. I wanted to use that necklace for a wedding. Now, I won't be able to. It has been with LBC for 5 days or so now. Even if the shipment arrives, I won't be able to get it in Manila anytime soon.
There wasn't even an apology from the shop. I just wish you could have been this responsive before. :(

We’d like to clarify that we answered to your questions even on Instagram (when someone was asking for a “friend”), and we also clarified that we weren’t able to dispatch your order before 25th as your item was handed over by production on the edge of our lead time, considering the holidays, and scheduled it for dispatch soon as we were back. :( LBC delivers to Manila 1-2 days after dispatch, but considering the holidays, we see that unfortunately it has just been delivered (14th) when it was picked up by 9th, so sorry. :( Your “resolved” FB comments are hidden since we have already replied to your follow up questions to protect you as a customer.
